Boarding Fee per 24 hours

Monday - Sunday £45

Bank Holidays £55 (Easter,Christmas & New Year enquire for price)

Trial stay for 1 night £30 (required for dogs staying 3+ nights)

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at least 3 days before or at drop-off, if agreed.

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

If a pet is collected before the date of collection previously advised, we reserve the right to charge for the previous period intended. 

Deposits

In busy periods such as:

• School Summer holidays

• School Christmas & New Year holidays

• School Easter holidays

• School Half- Terms

All customers will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of the required deposit and a completed “Boarding Contract”.

Drop off / Pick up times

Our drop off/pick up time is 8am. Late pick up available for up to 2hrs with an additional £10 fee. Please let us know in advance if this service will be required. 

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled boarding will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations between 48 - 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancelations within less than 24 hours are not accepted for refund.
